ttbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and technical interruptions may occur, and ttbet will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.
ttbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options are all available from within your account dashboard. Players who self-exclude from ttbet are required to cease all use of the Platform immediately. You may close your ttbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.
ttbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, or as required by regulatory obligation. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ttbet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with ttbet's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority.
